REVIEW : GUNDAY

GUNDAY
Everything about GUNDAY reminds you of the Hindi film hits of the seventies…replete with blemishes, but so tautly done and enacted that one overlooked all those frailties and came out of the movie hall with a Paisa Vasool feeling..Director Ali Abbas Zafar succeeds not only because the film is set in the seventies but also because of the superb performance of Irfan and Ranveer Singh and the thumping music of Sohail Sen..watch it if you have sudden pangs of nostalgia wanting to relive the feelings which you experienced when you watched movies like, say Zanjeer!
Stay away, if your tastes have become refined and you savour The Lunch Box (also an Irfan starrer) of today!
Cheers
